At Axtion Lab, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily routine. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Pre-order Refunds
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Returns (Unopened Products Only)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
